Author: Crimson Vampire Goddess
Rating: R
Disclaimer: Okay, so I borrowed most of the characters and the plot. But the new settings came from my own mind! *indignantly*

"LET ME OUT OF HERE!" Tara screamed for what seemed like the millionth time. It had been hours since the nurse had come in to check on her and tell her that the doctor would be in to see her shortly. 'shortly my ass, it's been at least three hours!’ She grumbled inwardly. The click of the door being opened caught her attention and she watched a tall older man dressed in clerical clothing enter the room.

"I think you've got the wrong room, I'm not that bad off yet." She said to the man as he stepped farther into the room. Getting a better look she noticed that he looked to be in his fifties or sixties with graying hair and glasses. In his right hand he carried a bible and in his left a rolled up piece of parchment.

"You are Tara Maclay-Rosenberg correct?" He asked with a British accent.

"Y-yes." Tara answered as she shifted uncomfortably under his gaze.

"I am Rupert Giles I have come because of your son..."

"Connor? Is he okay? Has something happened to him?!" She asked franticly.

"Yes, and no...you see Tara your son is...of great interest to me." Rupert said carefully.

"How so?" Tara asked wanting to know what this stranger had to do with her son.

Willow spun around to come face to face with...no one. 'what?! But I could of sworn I just heard...oh, I must be losing my mind!' She thought bitterly as she looked around the empty graveyard.

"You are a threat and now you must be dealt with." Came the same eerie voice only now it was in her own mind.

"WHO'S OUT THERE?!" Willow shouted out to the empty graveyard.

"Me."

"You're out of your damned mind!" Tara shouted at Rupert as she fiercely fought against her restraints.

"He's just a child! How can you say such things about an innocent child?!" She asked furious with the mans accusations against her son.

"Your son is far from innocent,Tara. Look at what he's done to your wife." Rupert replied calmly.

"Willow? You've seen Willow? How is she? Is she going to be okay?" Tara's rage was instantly replaced with worry.

"Willow is out of surgery but she lost a lot of blood and her heart stopped twice; once on the way here and in surgery." He said watching her intently.

"Please, just tell me she's going to be okay?" Tara asked as tears stung her eyes.

"She's in a coma."

Willow turned to see a well dressed man who looked to be in his twenties leaning against one of the headstones. He had short dark hair and striking dark eyes that seemed to see into her very soul.

"Who are you?" She asked taking a step back.

"I am whoever you think I am." He said in a voice that caressed her senses like velvet.

"What's that supposed to mean?" She asked confused and slightly aroused.

"Whatever you want it to mean." He said moving towards her. She wanted to run, take a step back, get as far away from this man as possible like every fiber of her being was screaming at her to do, but she couldn't. She found herself drawn to him and against everything her mind, spirit and soul were telling her to do she stepped towards him.

"Will you at least tell me your name?" She asked as she found herself being pulled into a strong yet gentle embrace.

"I have many names; to tell you all of them would take a century." He replied turning her in his arms. She could feel his breath on her neck and his body pressed into her back.

"But whatever name you choose to call me I am a forbidden desire." He said as he trailed light kisses down her neck and shoulder.
